1- Protecting the skin from harmful sun rays, by constantly using sunscreen, ensuring that the SPF level is higher than 15, and applying it to the skin 20 minutes before going out, in addition to the need to renew it every two hours. Also, avoid going out during the peak period between ten in the morning and four in the evening, as the sunlight during this period is more harmful to the skin. Finally, wear clothing that helps protect from the sun, such as long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and wide-brimmed hats.
2- Take care to exfoliate your skin at least once or twice a week, to remove dead skin cells from the skin and makes them more radiant and healthy.
3- Use natural skin masks constantly.
4- Use the essential vegetable oils to moisturize the skin, like; olive oil, coconut oil, sesame oil, argan oil, and sea buckthorn oil.
5- It is so important to remove makeup from the skin before going to bed. You can use olive oil as a makeup remover, or you can use Vaseline.
